What’s the difference between an audit and usability testing?
An audit is an expert review of the product and its data. Usability testing watches real users. We use both when a project needs it.
Do you audit websites or products?
Both: marketing sites, web apps and mobile products.

Can another team make the fixes?
Yes. The findings are written so any team can act on them.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope: how much is designed from scratch, how many places the work has to live, the content, and any 3D or interactive work. You get a written scope and quote before any work starts.
