Brand strategy and naming for what you stand for.
Before anyone draws a logo, we work out who you’re for, what makes you different and what to call it. You leave with a brief the whole team agrees on, and a name you can say with confidence.

When you need it
When the idea is clear in your head, and nowhere else.
Nobody can say what makes you different.
Pitches run long, and every person on the team describes the company a different way.
You’re about to brief a designer.
Without a settled position, the identity ends up decorating an argument nobody has made.
The name isn’t working.
It’s hard to say, easy to confuse, or already taken in the markets you want.
You’re entering a crowded category.
Everyone sounds alike, and the obvious moves have already been made.
What you get.
Research and competitor mapping
Conversations with your team and your customers, and a map of how competitors look and talk, so the gaps are visible.
Positioning
Who you’re for, what you do better than anyone, and why it matters to them, written as one argument.
Messaging
The handful of things you say every time, in the order that persuades: the headline, the value, the proof.
Naming
Names built from the strategy, tested for meaning and sound, with a shortlist you can take to your lawyer.

FAQ
Brand strategy & naming, questions answered.
Do we need strategy if we only want a logo?
If the business is clear and the audience is known, a small identity can be enough. If people describe the company differently, strategy saves you from redesigning later.
How do you choose a name?
We build naming territories from the strategy, generate widely, then shortlist names for meaning, sound and availability. Trademark clearance stays with your lawyer.
Can you work with research we already have?
Yes. We start from what you have and fill the gaps, rather than repeating work you’ve paid for.
What do we get at the end?
A written brief: positioning, messaging and, if you asked for one, a name. It’s the document the identity and the website are built from.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope: how much is designed from scratch, how many places the work has to live, the content, and any 3D or interactive work. You get a written scope and quote before any work starts.
Have you worked in our industry?
Possibly. Our work spans education, hospitality, architecture, fintech, HR tech, robotics, decor, dining, tourism and more. If we haven’t worked in your field, we’ll say so.
How do we start?
Tell us about the project through the form, or write to projects@bunqlabs.com. The first call costs nothing. If we’re a good fit, you get a written scope and quote.
