What this form is
This form is for business enquiries only. Sending it starts a conversation and nothing more: it is not an offer, not an acceptance, and it forms no contract between you and BUNQ LABS. Any engagement between us begins with a signed agreement, and nothing said here changes that.
Recruitment enquiries are not handled here. Write to careers@bunqlabs.com instead.
What we collect
Your name, your email address, the category of work you selected and the budget band you chose. That is the whole of it — there are no other fields, and we do not enrich what you send with data from anywhere else.
How it reaches us
This is a static site with no server of its own. Submitting opens a message in your own email client, addressed to us and filled in with your answers. Nothing is transmitted until you send that message yourself, and you can edit or abandon it first. Your answers are not stored in your browser or posted to any third party by this page.
How we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone outside BUNQ LABS except the email provider that carries the message, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If we want to send you anything else, we will ask first.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a project, the relevant records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to projects@bunqlabs.com and we will act on it.
What you send us
Please do not send confidential material through this form. We will treat what you tell us with discretion, but a first enquiry is not covered by a confidentiality agreement, and we take on no obligation of confidence over unsolicited ideas. If something needs protecting, tell us and we will put an NDA in place before you send it.
We work with more than one client in a sector. Nothing here stops us taking on similar work, and an enquiry does not reserve our time or create exclusivity.
Replies
We read everything and answer what we can take on, usually within five working days. We are not able to reply to every enquiry, and no reply does not imply any judgement about your project.

These terms may change. The version shown here, dated above, is the one that applies to an enquiry sent today.
